How exciting
Amazon Kindle is the first to get the book out, which is all kinds of awesome.
I accepted the proof copy yesterday lunch time, and less than 24 hours later it's on sale.
The kindle edition looks beautiful on an ipad, and the footnotes/endnotes work like a charm.
One down, three more to go!
